1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to payments made on tests.pramanalearning.com for the Pramana Anubhav JEE Main Test Series and the Pramana Anubhav NEET UG Test Series. The series are offered by Pramana Learning Sciences Private Limited ("Pramana", "we"). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

It does not cover classroom programme fees or the free Pramana admission tests (Prashast, Uday and Ratna).

2. When you can get a full refund

You can get a full refund of the amount you paid if both of these are true:

1. You ask for the refund within 7 days of the date of payment, and
2. You have not started any test in the series. A test counts as started once it has been opened on Pramana Abhyas.

3. When a refund is not available

• More than 7 days have passed since the date of payment.
• Any test in the series has been started, even if it was not finished or submitted.
• A scheduled test was missed by the student.

4. Payments that fail or are charged twice

If money is taken from your account but the payment does not complete, or if you are charged more than once for the same series, the extra or failed amount is refunded in full, whatever the date. Failed payments are often reversed automatically by your bank. If not, contact us with the details below.

5. If we cancel the series

If Pramana cancels a test series after you have paid, you will get a full refund, even if you have already taken some tests.

6. How to ask for a refund

Send us a WhatsApp message or email with:

• the student's name and the mobile number used to register,
• the series (JEE Main or NEET UG),
• the Razorpay payment ID from your payment receipt (it starts with "pay_").

We will reply within 2 working days to confirm whether the refund is approved.

7. How and when you receive the money

Approved refunds are sent back through Razorpay to the same account, card or UPI ID you paid from. We start the refund within 2 working days of approval. It usually reaches you within 5–7 working days after that, depending on your bank. Access to the series ends when the refund is approved.

8. Launch-offer price

The refund is the amount you actually paid. For example, if you paid the launch-offer price of ₹1,999, the refund is ₹1,999.
